Marcia L. Howe

Ms. Howe has over 21 years of experience handling appellate matters in both state and federal courts. Her forte is handling  complex appellate litigation requiring a creative, thoughtful, and yet tenacious approach.  Her experience has allowed her to develop sophisticated skills in legal analysis and research which  have significantly impacted the direction of the law and advanced her clients interests. Ms. Howe has been involved in over 80 published opinions in state and federal court.
